T-Shirt Order Form
- The camp T-Shirt is included in the price of registration so everyone will be getting a shirt.
- You still need to place an order for shirts for each camper. They can be paid for at camp along with the registration.
- To avoid duplicate orders, we recommend that one person from each church be responsible for compiling and submitting t-shirt orders.
All orders should be submitted by June 5th so that they will be printed in time!
Late orders will be charged an extra $5.
- All shirts are $10 each and will be included in the registration.
- Generally speaking, a 6-8 year old would wear youth small, a 9-12 year old would wear a youth medium and a 13-16 year old would wear a youth large. If in doubt, order the next largest size.
- In case of any questions, please include an email address or phone number.
Please review your order before submitting!
- If after submitting, you need to make a change, please email us the corrections. Please do not resubmit a duplicate order. campbibleway.dena@gmail.com
- If you need to enter more orders, you can fill out the form and submit again.
